Edinburgh Castle is a historic and mysterious castle of Scotland which is situated in the city of Edinburg, Scotland.
In History, this castle was a part of ancient England Empire.

This historic Castle was built in the 18th century.
Its construction started by David I in the 12th century.
it built upon A massive Rock which was the part of an ancient extinct volcano. Castle was built in the memory of Queen Margaret.
Margaret was a member of England royal family who married Malcolm III.
Edinburg castle used in many wars like seven year War, the American war of independence, The Napoleonic wars and also World War first but this castle never lost its pride and beauty.
This Castle is one of the most attacked castles in the world according to a research,26 sieges in its 1100-year-old history.
Now Castle is owned by Scotland government and under the management of Scottish military.
Although the army remains responsible for some areas including the New Barracks and the Muset is also open for visitors.
Edinburg Castle was recently voted top UK Heritage attraction in British travel awards.
